Graphic Designer
Not every design builds a brand.
Most of it just fills space.
At IAP Studio, design is not the starting point
it’s the translation of something deeper.
Strategy defines direction.
Design gives it form.
We’re looking for a Brand Designer, someone who knows how to turn clarity into visual systems.
Not just visuals.
But identity.
What you’ll do
You’ll be responsible for bringing brands to life visually.
- Develop visual identities based on strategic direction
- Create logos, typography systems, color palettes, and visual elements
- Build consistent and scalable brand systems
- Apply identity across different touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with strategy and direction
You won’t be guessing.
You’ll be translating.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in brand identity design (portfolio required)
Minimum 2 years of professional experience
Strong sense of typography, composition, and visual balance
Ability to create systems, not just isolated pieces
Attention to detail and consistency across applications
Ability to follow direction without losing critical thinking
We’re not looking for trend-driven designers.
We’re looking for people with taste.
What matters here
Good design is not enough.
It needs to be intentional.
You should be able to:
- Justify your decisions
- Work within constraints
- Refine instead of overcomplicating
If your process is based only on inspiration, this won’t work.
If you understand structure, it will.
What we offer
- Projects with real strategic foundation
- Clear direction (you won’t be designing blindly)
- A space focused on quality over volume
- Close collaboration with the studio
You’ll have room to create, with purpose.
How we work
We believe in precision.
No unnecessary elements.
No decorative excess.
No rushed decisions.
We expect:
- consistency
- attention to detail
- visual discipline
Why IAP Studio
We’re not here to produce more design.
We’re here to build brands that feel right, and last.
