Brand Specialist

We’re looking for a Brand Specialist, someone who understands what’s behind the surface.
Not just how things look.
But why they exist.
What you’ll do
You’ll be part of the thinking process behind the brands we build.
- Conduct research and analyze brands, markets, and competitors
- Help structure positioning and strategic direction
- Translate complex ideas into clear brand foundations
- Support the development of brand platforms (purpose, voice, messaging)
- Collaborate closely with design and direction
You won’t just execute.
You’ll help define.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in branding, strategy, or related fields
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to organize ideas and create clear narratives
- Solid writing skills (this matters more than you think)
- Understanding of branding beyond visuals
- Attention to detail and consistency
You don’t need to know everything.
But you need to think deeply.
